Hunt & Darton opened and managed their fully functioning pop-up cafe in Edinburgh for the duration of the festival last August.

Adapting their business model for the Edinburgh Fringe they served up hearty roast dinner sandwiches from 12 noon and then in the evening transformed into a bar with a programme of holiday camp activities. Hunt & Darton Cafe is the perfect Fringe retreat!
